Heart Chakra bath salts from Clarity Blend Aromatherapy are made up of a combination of both mineral-rich pink Himalayan salts, and magnesium-rich Epsom Salts. Added to this are dried rose petals, lavender and chamomile flowers.

Due to its magnesium-rich qualities, Epsom Salt is renowned for helping to ease pain and relieve inflammation. It is very beneficial for relaxation, and helping to soothe aches and sore muscles.

Grapefruit - citrus Grapefruit essential oil is uplifting and zesty delivering a light and high-top note to the blend against the sweet woody background of the other oils.

Suggested use
