Free standard Royal Mail delivery for all orders over £30.00. UK destinations only.
For deliveries under £30.00 the charge is £1.99 for the whole order.
To qualify for free delivery simply add products to your basket and the charge is automatically be removed once you reach a £30.00 order.
For larger deliveries we use Hermes UK tracked delivery.
On most occasions for orders made before 1pm there is a same day dispatch on your order. After 1pm the dispatch will be the following day. We only dispatch Monday to Friday.
Very occasionally orders may take 2-3 days to dispatch due to handmade stock levels and order requests.
Can I return my items?
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will do our very best to rectify the issue.

Do you offer collection?
We don’t currently have a click and collect option. Our online standard UK shipping is available for just £1.99 or receive free delivery over £30 spend.
Christmas Dispatch Times
We recommend that you get your Christmas orders in early to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Below are our last posting dates in time* for Christmas:

Tuesday 21 December 1st Class Postage (Paid Upgrade)
Wednesday 22 December Royal Mail Tracked 24®**
Thursday 23 December Special Delivery Guaranteed®
*If posted on the last days of the Christmas post we cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas.

When will I receive my order?
We advise between 5 - 7 days for delivery of standard items. Orders that contain any form of personalisation will take longer and we will advise you of this.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods - prior to dispatch.
