How to use

Body Butter

Add a dollop (around a 10p coin size) to your hand (more if your skin is particularly dry or on rougher areas such as elbows and knees). Rub your palms together to warm up the body butter.

Use your hands to massage it into your hands & body in small circular motions.

Repeat until you have covered your entire hands & body (don’t forget your neck!). Ideal time to apply it is within 5 mins of a bath or shower to lock in the moisture.

Bath Salts

Fill your tub with hot water, while it is filling sprinkle a handful of the bath salts in and allow it to dissolve into the water before getting in. Make yourself comfortable in the bath with as much of your body submerged if possible. Sip your drinking water regularly to stay hydrated during your hot bath. When finished follow your bath with a cool shower to rinse off excess salt and replenish the pH of your skin. Pat skin dry. Minimum 30 minutes rest after bath (ideal before bed).
