30-Day Return Policy: Return perfumes or colognes within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unopened, sealed boxes with all tags intact and proof of purchase.
Hygiene Restrictions: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes or colognes cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the box is opened. Unopened, sealed boxes are eligible for return.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off: EU customers may return unopened, sealed perfumes or colognes within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with proof of purchase.
