RETURNS
30-Day Return Policy: Return perfumes or colognes within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unopened, sealed boxes with all tags intact and proof of purchase.
Hygiene Restrictions: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes or colognes cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the box is opened. Unopened, sealed boxes are eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately at customer-support@scentimelti.co.uk if your perfume or cologne is defective or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off: EU customers may return unopened, sealed perfumes or colognes within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with proof of purchase.
